Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.

- United States: 5 to 10 business days, free.
- International: 7 to 15 business days, free.

International Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply at delivery. These charges are determined and collected by the carrier or by your country's customs authority. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by SPILAK at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier picks up your package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@leadbyexampletoday.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
