Our 30-Day Calm Guarantee

We stand behind every SPILAK Calming Diffuser. If your pet is not visibly calmer within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@leadbyexampletoday.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the subject line "Refund - [Order Number]".

Return Shipping

You are required to return the product to receive a refund. If you choose to send the unit back, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@leadbyexampletoday.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will ship a free replacement.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
