United Kingdom & Europe: Flat €9.95 shipping. Delivery in 5–10 business days. EU duties prepaid.

Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan: Flat $14.95 USD shipping. Delivery in 7–14 business days.

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Lost or stuck in transit? Email hello@spilak.xyz and we'll either reship or refund.

30-day calm guarantee

If your pet isn't measurably calmer within 30 days of continuous use, we'll refund you in full — no return shipping required. Just email us with a sentence on what didn't work, so we can keep improving.
